I dreamt that my neighbor had a bunny in labor. I offered to help birth the bunnies because I told the neighbor I was "really good at birthing bunnies" <not at all true in real life>.
I made the offer and they gave me the bunny. I proceeded to cut it open with a fishing knife (fileted it like a fish) and out crawled five navy blue canvas heavy duty gloves. All the gloves were the same color and size and all were for the left hand. Below the pinky finger, at the wrist of each glove, there was a tiny baby bunny that looked more like a baby rat. The baby bunnies were attached by a umbilical cord to the edge of the blue glove.
The blue gloves crawled about one foot and the baby bunnies came off. Suddenly the baby bunnies were all wrapped in a white terry towel face cloth and the five navy blue gloves morphed into bunnies that were just as big as the mother bunny. Suddenly I had five baby bunnies and six full size bunnies.
It was at this point that I realized I had best put the mother back together so I sutured up the mother with sterile dental floss. To prevent the bunny from having pain I rubbed the incision with cough syrup that had DM and codiene in it and figured that would control pain <???>, I did a lovely job of suturing the wound but as I got to the end thought perhaps I should have used gut suture rather than sterilized dental floss.
I then thought that while I had sutured the outer tissue, it occured to me that I had not sutured the uterus or any of the internal tissues.
I then got thinking the neighbors might be upset that I cut open their bunny so I left to go to work.
Weird huh?
Very interesting dream. Are you thinking about taking on a new venture in your life? Telling your neighbour that you are good at birthing bunnies shows that you have a sense of confidence about what it is that is going on here. You truly believe that you can do this. The heavy work gloves may represent something that you need to work hard for. The "birthing" experience can be very literal, are you planning on having a child in the near future? Rabbits can represent fertility. On the other hand, it can also mean starting something new, the "birth" of a new experience. Sometimes this is starting a new job, opening your own business, going down a new path in your life of some sort. I would guess that your subconscious is telling your that you have the confidence to do this, but it will take hard work (gloves). Once this new thing gets going it will blossom and multiply quickly like the way rabbits multiply. The issues or worries at the end of your dream can signify that you need to make sure your are paying attention to all the details of this plan so that you don't leave it open to problems (internal bleeding and infection caused by open wounds). It is also important to realize that while you are planning to start this new venture in your life, you may feel vulnerable but with hard work you will be very successful.
I hope this shed some light for you and I'd be interested to hear what your thoughts are now that I've told you what I think it means.
Good luck and sweet dreams!
